My only complaint is that with it being one huge paragraph, it's really easy to lose your place.

Aww. That was really sweet. I liked El's point of view on how Neal progressed from being a case to a non-replaceable family member.

I'm also counting down the hours. Although I think they'll have a two-episode season opener, so we'll probably have to wait until next Tuesday to see how Peter will get Neal back to New York.

P.S. random side note - I suggest breaking up your story into some paragraphs to make it easier to read. Thanks again for sharing.
