| Sarah 2004-09-11 ch 2, anon. | abuseThis was a great story and it was prettyclose to canon. i liked the descriptive style it gave the ethereal and other worldly qualities to the story that that the anime achieves with such ease. Also Hakkai's introspective nature rang true throughout the story however,Gojyo was not so believable as himself having never uttered one smart ** comment the entire time. He was a little too sensitive and I felt like some of his masculinity was lost in this rendition. Overall though I would recommend this fic to anyone as it is truly heart-felt and a great escape from the reality of Saiyuki. |
