It's unforunate the Meredith's leg is crushed but at least David knows what to do. I wonder how her amputation will turn out and how Meredith reacts to the whole situation. I do understand why Shaw would stil be wary of David and not trust him; if I were her, I would be a bit skeptical as well. However, I don't think David poses any real threat, nor do I think he wants to cause any harm. I think he feels sorry for Shaw and wants him to trust her. The problem is how he is going to prove himself to gain that trust?

I loved that scene in the movie. Michael Fassbender did a fantastic job of portaying David - and that exchange was particularly poignant.

And you're doing a fantastic job with the story thus far. I think you've expanded on David in a way that is entirely believable and very engaging.

I would still be a bit wary about David if I were Shaw...I don't think I would have agreed to put David back together so quickly, but I understand her reasoning because they needed to help Vickers. David can't still be trusted in my opinion. I do wonder how everything will work out now that Vickers is found to be alive. How will she react when she's conscious? I don't think she would be very cooperative, but she really has no choice but to trust Shaw and David if she wants to survive.
