Oh my... you really got to something terrific there. I love how perfectly you captured the essence of the Rebecca/Sam relationship, and you really got to me again with Sam's angst. The whole "she's not coming back" explosion is dead on amazing. I always wondered about Diane's carving and if Sam did something about it and if he didn't, how he looked at it every day. Just wow to the whole thing. Excellent.
