That was a very cute moment. It is rare if at all that the two of them work so closely together. I highly enjoyed that moment myself. Considering that Brennan never really questioned Hodgins experiments, wouldn't it be kewl if they came up with other experiments to conduct together *nudge, nudge, wink, wink*

Ya that was a very good read...and it should have gone like that...Booth getting his thoughts together completely...though he started with running of the mouth, he made his thought clear and vocalized them and ,most importantly he told Brennan that he loves her. I do wonder what would've happen if Booth was clear in his little speech to Brennan.

Sometimes I think Bones and Booth are perfect together because they both call each other on truth and lies. Probably both have found their equal for the first time in their lives, and it's not about brain power, but about the need to reveal vulnerabilities in a safe environment with someone who is equally damaged...with as much to lose.

Wendell will never be Booth! As for Colonel Pelant, someone recently said that HH wanted B&B together by the end of season five and that it seems Fox interfered, so I blame them for his arrival. Maybe that's why a Pelant is a villain now?

I think the difference between Brennan and Cindy is that Brennan is honest and smart and Cindy was honest and stupid and that is harder to deal with compared to Brennan's form of honesty which learned about in that episode.
