I somehow did't get chapter five, so I read that one and then this one and it reminded me about a movie called 'How to save a life', that movie was so powerful, that I cried throughout the whole movie. I had the goosebumps while reading both chapters. I hope Jamie can get through the rough times and accept help from the therapist and family. Two very powerful chapters. update soon.
