This was a great piece and a nice tribute to Donald J. Sobol. That was a pretty funny observation on Encyclopedia's methods of solving mysteries. I've picked up on some of those things myself but nonetheless I still love reading Encyclopedia Brown books- what a great mystery series. It was sad to hear of Mr. Sobol's passing but it's good to know his book series' legacy lives on.

I enjoyed reading your explanation, even if a bit sarcastic :) I think Fanfiction needs more Encyclopedia Brown stories. Heck, there's only two of them! If you've got some ideas, may I encourage you, put them together and post.
