Being a fan of Josh (and Alain, and Josh and Alain most :P), I read the part about him. In my opinion, Josh is well in character, although I think he wouldn't let Robert have his way with him He wasn't a coward. He would only accede to Robert's conditions in case he could get something in return. Still, reading anything about Josh, even so short, is fun, so thanks for sharing!
