An excellent pilot. It is always interersting take to see their internal struggle when they felt lonely, when they desire company. But I don't think she would though about the danger in her life when she though about them, their relationship, at least not at that stage. As this chapter sounds like her though in season 1, which I think she was annoyed by Castle's action. He may be fun, but not a good choice when they talked about relationship. But it was interesting to read their povs. Thx

I liked it. I definitely see Kate thinking along these lines during this time period.
