Great story! It is true that there isn't much angst in the Kataang fan fiction archive... Though if you dig far enough back there is quite a bit. Loved this though, with how they have been just great friends since the war and then Aang thinking that she didn't really know how much she cared for him.

Plot hole alert! Why would a thousand random men ask for Katara's hand in marriage if she's still wearing her mother's necklace?

Other than that, this was sweet.

I love the scene where Katara laid it on the line for him. I hate aangst when they don't talk. Go girl!
