This is such a beautiful story, best Cassie/Nick fic I've ever read! :D

Not bad. I'm not sure how the timelines works in this though. For example, was this entire story in chronological order? If so, I think it might have worked better if Cassie was 16 or something in the first chapter. Make it a situation that would be a little more worriesome. Because at 18(ish) and 28(ish) it really doesn't strike me as that big of a deal. Also, I imagine they'd been togethr for a long time at that point, so her Mom would probably not think anything of it by that point. Psychic powers or not.
So...that's my only criticism. First chapter might have been better if it was set soon after they rescued her Mom.

Good story over all though. And I liked the "she told me stories about you, except they weren't about /you/" bit.
