No one is telling you anything because they are STUPID. Your fanfiction is a bit of an obscure crossover, very uncommon, but there's absolutely nothing wrong with it. I love this fanfiction to death! Your characterization is spot on! I love all the foreshadowing and hints of the past you're building! Please continue!

Not gonna lie, I was a little skeptical at first about the past Mukuro/Kyouko situation, but you pulled it off well enough to make me eat my doubts.
Did Hibari get nerfed or something? He can't seem to win any fights, or even put up a good fight against anyone (besides the times when Kyouko and he "flirt").
Overall, I anxiously await new chapters, as this fic is tons of fun.

Oh, this is so freaking cool! I can't wait to see what happens next! Hopefully Mami won't be too angry, especially considering the way Homura handled the explanation... Sayaka seems likely to flip, though. :)

This is such an excellent story. I really like your Kyouya, who is believable and awesome, and your appropriately spunky Kyouko. I do have a question, though; does this story supposedly occur during one of Homura's many attempts, or... or what? I'm quite curious about that.

SO, this was awesome and supremely intriguing... but there was an instance of mixed-up tenses (in the follow excerpt) than totally pulled me out of the story.

"She wondered if the bookworm Homura might have a clue as to what the hell she's dealing with, and thought once about materializing, but the next sphere that glances off the right side of her face draws Kyouko's attention back to the battle."

And hey, now. There is nothing wrong with Britney Spears! :)

Well, THAT was unexpected, although I now have all sorts of anticipation for the inevitable confrontation (reunion?) between Kyouko and Mukuro (and Kyouya?).

Crossing these two fandoms...BRILLIANT. I actually just love how you put Hibari and Kyouko in the same world, and I love your descriptions of their interactions. You have a way of keeping them in character that makes me really appreciate their similarities as well as their differences. If that even makes any sense hahah

And your descriptions. The way you describe the motion of Kyouko's hair really parallels the animation in the Madoka anime, which is pretty amazing in terms of visualizing the text. I can really see how the chemistry between the two of them work, and it's really cool how you manage to make that work while keeping them in character. Perhaps this doesn't have many reviews because it's a crossover? Because I certainly don't see much wrong with your writing. That's often the case, too.

One thing that I would like to suggest is you cut down on some of the individual word italicizing? I know that you're trying to emphasize some parts of the narrative and speech and whatnot, but when there are so many literally dotted throughout the chapter, it's kind of distracting. Maybe you can revise them into italicizing the whole line or something, because I know other authors italicize whole sections to show thought, and that provides less of a distraction because it's a clear transition rather than small pockets of italicized emphasis spread throughout. It's just a thought, you don't really have to do anything about it, but I see this happens throughout the story so...(I'm actually already on chapter 8 hahah)

... oh dear, I think I need to... yea, I'll just review chapter 9 along with chapter 11 (if I can remember that.) next time. I definitely didn't see this lol.

And the chapter title is really eye-catching too... damnit. I can't believe I missed this.

I gotta admit, you certainly know how to open up a new chapter. The first few paragraphs was enough to draw me in once more. Keep it at! No pressure though... whatever floats your boat in writing is enough. I just wanted to comment on this is all xD.

Anyways, I'm elated to see that this chapter was nearly exclusive to Hibari's perspective. We finally got a good idea of what he thinks of others and damn am I satisfied. Definitely a good development for him going here!

I'm a bit peeved at the fact that Mukuro was beating him in their fight. While it highlights Hibari's steel confidence in his abilities (not to mention his determined mindset) I'm nevertheless fuming over this rather big gap in power. Hopefully he'll get a power-up alongside Kyouko, who definitely didn't have the capacity to fight at the present time, and maybe get some help from Tsuna and the gang?

Seriously though, I'm like "O_O really? Mukuro is like... OP and reaaaaaally annoying in this chapter." that sort of thing.

Then again, thats what's makes this story quite interesting and really pulls away from the typical "I always win" trend that most stories go by.

Glad to see Homura and Kyouko having a semi-good relationship. I'll need to read a bit more on them to really get a feel for their development before I can make any review on these two, hehe.

Anyways! I'll just end with...

This is something I really needed to read. Madoka had me way unsettled with all the bad ends and this brings a different picture to the table.

I came, I saw... and loved it!

Excellent chapter for all the characters involved thus far, and I'm strongly agreeing to your previous reviewer about how good this fic is coming along. I mean... I'm already hooked as it is, and I'm pretty much eager for the next one. Which I hope is coming along well for you.

Anways... the suspense, character interaction and development (not to mention the great action you've included) shown thus far have been one of the most appealing aspect of this story. While there are a bit of OCness in Hibari, I figured that the circumstances surrounding his... darling prey? Yea, I think Kyoko could be just 'darling girl'... lol xD! But yea, I think that's given him some room for a bit of OCness. X-over characters can have some changes here and there due to their exposure to others of the opposite personality. And well, the story is at least interesting enough that I don't pay attention much... unless Hibari really goes OC lol.

I do wonder when you'll place Hibari's Personal View in the story though. I'm really curious about the full extent of his interest regarding Kyoko and how he'll go about solving the dilemma that she's in. I hope he intervenes!

The thing about this particular character that I liked is that Hibari got his tonfas back xD! For some reason I get this voice in my head saying... "ehehehheeh, Heeeeee's baaaack!" and makes me smile. I can't wait for him to take action soon. Really!

In the Magical Girl's side... Mami, I love you, but damnit girl! Why can't you just bend the rule just wee bit. I mean, just sit back and watch the story unfold in front of you. It'll be great! (well, then again, she wouldn't be doing her job as a sempai and friend if she didn't help... in her own, personal way.) As for Sayaka... uh, I'll leave that for later.

The suspense is seriously killing me. That can be both good and bad - I mean, it's good that you're keeping me this hooked, and it's good that this fic is building up to a brimming climax, but on the other hand, the sparks between Kyouko and Hibari compounded by the tension from Mukuro Rokudo is so great I feel the irrational need to demand that Hibari be allowed to be set loose RIGHT NOW. What beautiful carnage it could be...

Of course, that's really not up to me to decide. So all I can say is - careful not to drag the suspense on too long, but at the same time, keep doing a superb job reflecting the sheer hunger in Kyouko and Hibari's interactions.

What else...I'd actually suggest going from Hibari's POV when he's with Kyouko. It's much easier to see his thought processes his terms, whereas the first time I read chapter three, it kinda struck me that Hibari seemed more out of character than he actually is once I read chapter four.

All in all, strong continuation from the first chapter. Looking forward to chapter nine.
