I thought you did an excellent job of capturing the characters' personalities and the style and tone seemed very much like the books. Nicely done!

Lovely lovely lovely! I must agree with you that the Aubreyad is one of the best things to ever come into existence, P O'B is an utter brilliant first-rate genius, etc etc. I am always immoderately glad to see a well-spoken MaCtFSotW story, and this falls very soundly into that category.

Don't get too down on yourself, Stephen. Though you're no great fist for swimming, you're a fighting naturalist A FIGHTING NATURALIST I SAY. It doesn't get any better than that.
