That was another great chapter and i'm glad you showed everyone BLAIR's good side in wanting to give JO the best Christmas ever... I have always loved season 1 and the way you write it makes me want to go back in time!
I am looking forward to read more about ROBBIE's relationship to the 'Bronx girl' and how the 'debutante' will react.
I also hope to see more of SUE ANN and CINDY vs BLAIR and JO!

Wow, I'm rather flattered of how much you used from my Body Language story: Cindy from Cali, Sue Ann being conservative, and some of the Eastland girls staying for Christmas break, thought you kinda reversed it, where I had the first-season four staying for Christmas.

As for Jo; me, along with Molly at my side, wants to scream "COWARD!"

This was definitely your best chapter ever, so it's not a surprise you took so long... I particularly like how you turn BLAIR from being a "mean spirited" popular girl to a very "remorseful caring" friend towards JO (just like in the series lol!). i surely hope to read your chapter 5 soon!
PS: love how you have all the season 1 FOL girls too the so familiar scenes i know so well!

Your update was worth the wait. It seems to me that you should be praised for your efforts. Inserting Jo into 1st season scenarios cannot be easy and you are doing a great job. As for romance, I believe because of the ages of the characters and the year this story is set in, a slow realization of feelings should be followed. Blair has a great deal of emotional growth to go through before she and Jo can begin a romantic relationship. TipsyBecky

I like the back-and-forth switching of perspectives: I agree that it does help the pace of the story. Would the switching of perspectives be the reason for the re-write? If so, I would say alternate the perspectives if it is helping the story move along fluidly, but don't use it if it feels like it is making it difficult for you to write the story or for the story to progress.
I am really enjoying this story, but I was getting kinda bummed out because I didn't think you were going to come back to it. I thought it was going to be another good story that roped me in, only to stop with no happy ending or closure in sight. I hope that you are able to keep up with updating, but I have saved this as a favorite and a follow, so if your updates are few and far between I will still be interested, but I may just have to re-read the story to figure out what the heck is going on. That said, if you could get Jo and Blair together 2015 that would be great...just kidding ;-). Let the story come to you at it's own pace: Heck, it took Stephen King decades to release and complete his Dark Tower series.

I think your doing a fine job the way your going. And the idea that you have of joe being in the first season has turned out really great. Oh if this had happen in the series it would have been somthing. But since it did'nt I'am glad your doing it.

God I love this story so much. You are developing them magnificently even if its slow. ;) I'm just happy to get updates! Especially when so many good stories never get finished I'm really pulling for you.
