My guess is that it has to do with IWRY... Dawn isn't Buffy's sister, but they have a blood kinship... Buffy and Angel with a baby - that's exactly what it is.

Angel will be in too much pain since he will see baby Dawn, a reminder of the son he will never see (at least he thought so). In the other hand, he will have a baby to care for, which may comfort him.

Well... To be honestly, I didn't like the summary (I read the stories, there're 3, where Buffy turns into a baby, and Angel takes care of her - I didn't like it). But you're the one author, whose bangel' stories I read completely.
Angel has a son, Buffy sleeps with Spike - I would like you to not use a mess of the show in your story.
Thanks Willow, she made Buffy's life a real hell. I think, three young women could take care of one little baby. Didn't Buffy think, that Angel would be very painful to see another child after the loss of his son? And when there was no baby formula, children drank milk from cows, sheep and goats, and grew well.
