Charlies is from A Beautiful Mind. Frank is from Donnie Darko of course.

Frank is Donnie Darko and the only British Charles related to literature I can think of is Charles Dickens. But I have a feeling that's horribly wrong.
Anyway, amazing story! It wasn't hard to follow at all. It's sort of like you're in the mind of the character. Pretty cool actually. A lot more refreshing since most stories on here are first or third person.

Frank is from Donnie Darko but I don't know where Charles is from.

Where IS Charles from?

This is incredibly hard to follow in second person; I suggest you change it to first or third.
