I think you captured well the thoughts of Mandos. But I didn't understand the last two or three paragraphs. Overall, it was wonderfully written, with good word choice and everything.

A very interesting POV study, I'm intrigued even more about Mandos and what it all means. This definitely seems to be good territory for you, given what's also been covered in HP of T.

A little vague in places, but hey, that's not surprising given the content. ;)

"And realised; what I had seen would come to pass." ... "It was not my place. It was not asked from me, and I had already spoken without ordain." -- I'm reading this as not really bitterness or anger, but frustration at having such a passive role, not able to act but unable to change the decisions/minds of others. He seems powerful and wise, but regretful. [Not knowing *that* much about Mandos, I could be reading the wrong thing into it.]

I like how it comes together in the end. Now that he has Feanor, he'll make sure the same mistakes won't happen again.

You definitely should not remove this! :) I'm curious what perspectives you might be able to offer on other Valar, and even more on Mandos, but HP of T has given you quite a lot of room to move in that respect. :)

What a strong POV, finaly for a character who doesn't get much fics. I guess people seem him practically like Iluvatar, too holy to be touched.. ^_~

As I said before, this fic is absolutely brilliant ( no pun intended). You are the first to write Mandos and from his point of view!!! and after all he is not so different from the rest of us, including Feanor. Have desire and passion. And it is very appropriate that he desires Feanor since no creature has his fire which consumes anything, even the Lord of Mandos the cold judge of the Deads.

Very good. I like the way you've done Mando's pov, as if he were recounting all he knew about Feanor when he lived (F lived).
