When Sirius knocked on Severus' door, I was a bit afraid that your story would turn into slash. I'm really glad it didn't.
Anyway, it was really well written and in character.
Loved it.

Fabulous story that keeps all the characters wonderfully in their respective personas. Snape's wry humor and utter cynicism are wonderfully captured as are Sirius' braggardoccio and (unrequited) Gryffindor nobility. I also loved your depiction of Lucius (all outward appearance, whether it's the dungeons or his exposure to the minister at having lost his prisoner).

This surely reads like an authentic tale from the Order of the Phoenix' archives...

Excellent fic, Mariner! It's always a joy to find writers who keep the characters "in character" and yet adding a deeper dimension to them. And I do commend your writing skills. ^_^

Wonderfully written. Sirius and Severus are so much in character, I´ve enjoyed every word. It could even be perfectly canon in a way. Maybe Harry never knew about it, because... honestly, would Sirius ever tell him? :-D LOL
So bad my english is not good enough to try and write some stuff. I only write in spanish so I can´t share with you my personal Snape and Black.

I do love this one -- every time I read it!

I've reread this a couple times now and have always enjoyed it. The part about Misery, Company, and Agony is particularly great.

I have to say, excellent job. You potrayed the characters very well and have a wonderful plot to add to that. I do hope that the rest of your stories are just as good.
