You're a good writer-I like that your main character isn't a Mary Sue. And your story is actually structured instead of columns of dialogue-I haven't seen one of these in awhile.

I dig it, I really dig it! Keep it up, I have expectations and no other life and writer's block, you know!

This story was going brilliantly till the last part.
The girl becoming a Beatles roadie is one of the most overused plots in Beatle fanfictions. We already know that she's going to fall in love with George, there'll be some kind of love triangle and however nicely it's written, the story is a carbon copy of billions of others. Take my advice and try something new. You're a lovely writer and this is not a flame, this is just a suggestion.

I think that the way you write is really nice, you have a good vocabulary and it's nice to read descriptions instead of just a bunch of events :) this story can turn into something really good. I think you should give us more on your character though, so we know what the Beatles find so interesting about her. Just to avoid Mary Sue-ness, though it hasn't shown up so far. And maybe a fresher turn of events, because even though the story is nice so far, this plot has been done a lot and you don't want it to get predictable. Good start to the story and update soon :)
