I very much enjoyed reading this chapter! You have a very well-developed style for someone writing their first fanfic!

The beginning was very strong, and put me straight into the story. I really liked the way you presented Lillian's situation!

You have room in this chapter to expand your descriptions, and I think you should. Your descriptions are quite graceful, and adding more to them will further enhance the reader's feeling of going "with" Lillian on this journey.
