Excellent three chapters

I'm so thrilled that you updated and it looks like you'll continue to write stories for this fandom! I'm loving where you are taking this story - its so logical that Aunt March wants to take Jo to Europe...hopefully Jo will regain some of her spirit and drive her a bit crazy...AND oh...will Laurie and Mr. Laurence be joining them there?! I hope so, it would be awesome to see Jo and Laurie in Europe :)

Just found this and I really like the idea of it so far. Hope you continue :)

I am so on both of their sides here; while he's right that Jo is overdoing the penitence, she's also right that he can't just expect her to bounce back immediately, though I completely understand why he wants everything to be the way it used to be. (In Kubler-Ross terms, Laurie is in denial while Jo is in bargaining mode.)

I also feel that Marmee would try to talk to Jo about her uncharacteristic behaviour, but that's probably because I'm hung up on 'what would Alcott do?' to an extent that kind of negates the entire purpose of fanfiction.

Great chapter - Dear Laurie is trying so hard to bring out the old Jo...and Jo is so determined to re-create herself...oh poor Jo...I just love how you capture the tension between them...its just so raw and feels so real...kudos and please do update soon! If you have writers block, then write another one shot, lol...I'll read anything you write :)

As always, your writing is so lovely. I really do feel as if I'm reading an excerpt from one of LMA's books. This chapter was so anguish-filled. I'm feeling so bad for our J &L. I hope Jo can put aside her guilt, and once again, be the fun-loving, irreverant, and jovial Jo that we love. Kudos to your Teddy for trying to be the best friend that he can be.

Great story line. You caught Jo s reactions so well. I hope Laurie can help and they come together at the end.

Very sweet but sad. I always like to read stories (no matter how sad) that show the 'what ifs' of things.
