wow! the end really snuck up on me... it was funny V being angry at L for being nosy (though she was right)... pot meet kettle... glad they got over the duncan letter with minimum drama (in relation to their penchant for lots of drama)... i sort of could do with an epilogue perhaps showing V & L (and Mac and Dick!) being happy a few months down the line once Logan is completely recovered and they are moving forward with their lives together.

I like this chapter and the way you ended this story. I am happy that Mac and Veronica decided to stop working on the castle case and wanted to focus on their relationships. I am happy that LoVe worked things out and both Logan and Veronica understand each other and their relationship is better because they have talked things out instead of getting angry or running away. I have a question are you going to do an epilogue or better yet a sequel?

Awww, very cute ending. I like how she came back (though I can see how completely pissed off she'd be from the violation of her privacy) and instead if wigging out, he calmed down. They're growing up, those two!

I wondered if we were going to learn what was written in the letter. So typical of Duncan to assume that she would need his blessing to move on with Duncan. Then again, he always was a bit of an ass. I love that it didn't matter to her. I love her whole response to the letter. Great ending.

It was nice to see Mac and Veronica have a little girl talk because that is totally out of both of their comfort zones. I am happy that they did talk things out and Veronica is there for Mac and being her support system and giving her advice. I think that Dick does need to realize that he was wrong and he needs to fix things. I am interested to see how their meeting with Jake Kane goes.

UGH! Dick was a Dick! I would be a tick off if one of my friends had known about a guys relationship status and never told me or did not make him fess up! There are two sides to every story. With out knowing Dick's wife, how is Mac going have a good relationship with him with out trust? Dick was not honest and marriage is very, very different than a BF/GF dating status. They didn't sleep together but, cheat they did! Now can they get past this yeah! But a little butt kissing is in order. I did like the girl chat between Mac and Vee. It shows that they can make good decisions and have grown up some during this whole mess.

P.S. I so wish your chapters were longer. Love Them!

Wait - Mac wants to know what kind of guy would be okay with being the 'other man', then a minute later admits that she knew Dick was married and didn't care? That's even worse! Hypocrite much, Mac?

And now Veronica is encouraging Mac to see Dick and okay with him being married? These two ladies are such hot messes. No wonder they can't get it together with the men in their lives.

For what it's worth, I still believe it's not cheating on somebody if you have a legal separation and divorce papers filed. Many people date when they are legally separated while they wait for their divorce to go through and it's not (legally) considered breaking your vows. In those terms, Dick is very much single - even though he isn't officially divorced yet. I mean, when's the last time he's even seen his 'wife'?

If anybody was cheating, it was Mac - she was the one with an active relationship and a clueless, trusting boyfriend at home. If Veronica is going to be judging anybody, it should be her.

I'm sorry, but I am firmly on Dick's side here. His sin was omission, but hers was cheating. We will have to agree to disagree this time, emackenzie :)

I enjoyed reading this chapter though, and can't wait to see what happens with Jake. Surely there must be a wanted poster with Veronica's picture on it in the guard house by now. LOL.
