Ah yes, the 'I miss you' as classic to these two, as the 'I trust you' is to Mulder and Scully. Beautifully observed emotions and reactions, love the way Nikki ages but becomes more grounded and solid throughout the piece and Harry fades out and disappears. Always love the angst, especially when it's good like this.
