you know you should get your insomnia looked at! if you haven't well, you have stop stressing about things, do some exercise, go to bed early, eat plenty of fruit, oh, and don't drink coffee! i have insomnia and those things helped a bit, but my case is quite bad, because it was started by something that happened to me! so it is kinda hard to get rid off!
