Great Chapter! both options are good I like a the idea of lovey dovey Kate and Curran, but i think also think you should combine the two ideas. which ever you decide I'm sure it will be great :)

Both of your ideas are great, but my shipper heart decided for me : it would be the second one (surprises, surprises...)
I'm really intrigued (is that even a word?) of what will happen with Artemis, and why did she come to Kate for help.
