This is absolutely amazing! I just loved every line of it. I read a lot of fiction and absolutely detest any OOCness and your characters were so beautifully written, so absolutely IN character, truly amazing. Bulma's thoughts are dark and at the same time light, that was very well done. And Vegeta, agh, he's trying and for him that's a LOT. And Trunks was just a great addition. I could just see the little family in the kitchen, drinking cocoa. Just great!

Oh my freaking God... with every following oneshot I read, I, if humanly possible, start loving you more and more... How is it that you actually apply all those things that I just thought while watching the Buu Saga? How is it possible that you manage to sort things into a story, so well and organized, so pleasant and engulfing to read?

Wow. I mean, really. After reading so many fics where Vegeta is portrayed grossly OOC, this is a breath of fresh air. I got so used to reading about the post-Buu Vegeta when I read your stuff, Sholio, that this one was a bit surprising. But definitely a pleasant surprise.

Another great fic. Very realistic, or as realistic as any fanfic can be. Interesting insight to Bulma's thoughts on Vegeta and where she stands with him. Keep writing.

This story works on two levels. One, the oft overlooked friendship between Bulma and Goku, and the fears of having grown apart for so long. The other level is, of course, Vegeta's character. I get so used to his post-Buu character, that I sometimes forget the true edginess that would make him a nightmare to live with. Prophetic and full of anticipation, like the calm before the storm. (Sorry if I get poetic. It's a bit late at night, and I'm a bit crazy.)

hey i think that this story was good.. you should make a new chapt. where they go to bed and vegeta and bulma talk about what went on in the kitchen.....then mabye a bit of lime....

I am getting most repetitive, and I fear it's only going to get worse. But if you had any idea how long and hard I looked for DBZ fiction of this calibre and philosophy when I first got into the fandom...there are a few out there, but too few.

Yours are marvelous. Your Vegeta is spot-on, he IS the Saiyajin no Ouji that so fascinated me. And with this you proved that your Bulma is also the one I saw and read of, and their relationship is what I always thought it should be. I liked Bulma's sudden sympathy with ChiChi, and her final acceptance of the Saiyajin in her life.

Have more to read, happily, but I'll say now that I hope your muse keeps you stocked with DBZ ideas for some time yet!
