Wonderful, wonderful chapter! I'm sad to see this story come to an end, but you've done it perfectly. I absolutely see him as the kind of person who would need to reenact the call like this, and she would absolutely think he was being ridiculous, so that whole bickering scene was perfect. Love the ending, too ... if only he would just realize how easy it could be!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this chapter! I love that you've given us another example of them throwing out the rundown. I love that it was his idea, and that he felt good about himself for doing it, before he even knew what Mac or anyone else thought. And I LOVE LOVE LOVE that this is what makes her want him, rather than something physical, or some sweet gesture on his part.

But on top of that, you've also captured the thing I love best about this show (besides Will/Mac), and that is that it teaches me something I didn't know enough about, even though I consider myself a news junkie. Great job!

Okay, I just came out of a rather horrible, depressing exam and this had me doubled over laughing, so thank you very much :D But, before I get onto a review, just a wee comment for you: you said that you delayed writing this because you didn't want to stop writing these amazing characters...well I have a solution for you...WRITE MORE FICS! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!? WITH CHERRIES ON TOP? I think you know how much I - and everyone else - has adored this story; you seem like an intelligent person, so I know you're onto us. So hopefully you can just...write more? Please? Please? I'm repeating myself...anyway!

Loved this ending, short and sweet maybe, but by God did it need to be to the point! If WIll had dillydallied anymore I would have slapped him. Physically pull him out of my laptop screen and given him what-for. I can do that you know. the kiss made up for it. *melts* But, what a great origins/pre-series fest! Your use of imagery and the sky is absolutely amazing, it really draws me into the story. You've also totally nailed all the characters I'm such a fan of Mackenzie and I really love the way you've written her and the way Dr Habib talks about her. Which brings us onto another person I'd like to see more of in season 2.

I know how hard Habib is to write...we just haven't had that much of him to work with on the show, so knowing how to capture his voice is hard...but you did it so well.
