Wow Peeta's last line to Katniss was so incredibly sweet. You never hear a guy say that to a girl. Thanks for this, i like it, it was really funny with Johanna. I dont like her and gale together cuz i dont like gale and i love Johanna but whatever. :)

I don't think I've ever encountered a series of ff stories that I felt as passionately about and as connected to as the Ashes of District Twelve. The day you stop writing is the day the world stops spinning. :)

I love your skill in mixing the utterly funny, insightful, complex and sexy altogether. Pretty tricky and you master it!
Some phrases were beyond hysterical and flat out priceless:
Vick's "someone please cauterize my eardrums!", actually ll of Vick's lines, he's awesome!
Peeta's "think of Haymitch naked...being the mental equivalent of a cold shower"
Peeta's "He did? I say to her breasts"

The friendship between Johanna and Peeta is so dysfunctionally endearing, I always enjoy their interactions in your story

Sigh...love these take outs. I have to say I think the glimmer into Johanna and Peeta's relationship is brilliant. There is not enough of it in the books and the reality of the two of them being tortured in the capital would make for a very interesting and dynamic bond. Never mind that you write Johanna BRILLIANTLY I think their dynamic adds such dimension to your post mocking jay world. Her whole analysis of her relationship with Gale was touching...I love reading about them. And its nice to see insight into Peeta's post torture brain. I like that you had the foresight to see the kind of mental damage done to him would manifest in more ways then just manic episodes. I love the memory erosion and PTSD. Just like I think Katniss's life long battle with depression is exactly the result I would expect from the kind of trauma she would have endured. Yeah and I love Vick. The kid cracks me up.

Oh and the really awesome sex? Yeah that was hot. You're ability to make their relationship have depth beyond really well written sex is impressive. Which is why you're my favorite HG writer
