Have been waiting for an update for ages. Thank you! It just makes you think what an amazing job social workers do for neglected children but on the downside, we're now frightened to let our children explore their worlds and just accept that a lot of the bumps and scrapes are part of the learning process. Looking forward to the update - love reading about 'established couple' Zach and Shaun!

Haha my sisters and I were crazy when we were younger and seemed to be almost regular patients at the hospital, but we never were visited by a social worker! Life can be mean I guess. Well worth the wait... It sucks when accidents happen, especially being the older child and not being told. I've been there a couple of times. I really hope things will end up going well, in the end.

I am loving this story! This chapter was fantastic, everyone perfectly in character. Loved Cody standing up for his principles during his talk with Zach, and the guys cuddling on the couch at the end of such a tense day- so sweet! Please keep it going!

This is good and really interesting. I like the playground incident - so realistic! And Shaun and Zach's reactions at the school were again good and really in character. Zach's reaction to Cody seems a bit AU but then again, perhaps that's everybody's worst nightmare - not wanting to reproduce their parents' mistakes but doing so anyway because unfortunately sometimes it seems to come naturally. At least Zach's got Shaun to talk him through it! Love the scene at the end, made everything all right! Really hope you continue with these one shots, they get me thinking. Thank you!
