Wow. That was great. I love that you show this idea of them teetering on the edge between friendship and love. As well as illustrating the fact that Lindy has grown to love all of him. Not just his personality but his fangs and fur and everything else b/c they're a part of him. Mentioning Stockholm Syndrome was also a nice touch too. It always bugs me when people use it as an argument against the batb story b/c it really doesn't work. And seeing as Lindy is such an intelligent girl it's almost certain the thought would have crossed her mind at one point or the other. Really great.
