What a great prompt! Great story arc too! I always thought the Alpha Vamp would be even more interested in Sam, after he and Dean came to him for the blood donation, in order to take out Dick Roman. Sam was the one who told the Alpha that Dick was poisoning his children. He was the one who offeredd the Alpha a reason to work together. I really hope you take your time with this story, and really delve into the psyche of Sam and the Alpha, their relationship development, and what happens to Sam during his month of captivity. :)

The Alpha Vampire has always given me the chills and I love how you have written him so beautifully here. He is such deep rich character to explore that I am left intrigued by his every utterance and words. So having had him make a bargain with our Sammy you have left me wondering just how exactly this is going to play out. Already their empathatic skills are merging, Sam's dormant abilities that the Vampire is sensing is a great reminder of the power he harbours latently, and no good thing can come of that I fear. Great opening chapter that has me salivating for more!
