The Valar would be fond of musicals, wouldn't they? Though, they're not really omnipotent. Reeeallly not a good day for the dwarves or Dale, is it? I'm with the pickaxe to the forehead idea. Revenge and Destiny...Hmm, reminds me of Fëanor. I could see him poking a random Dwarf in the back for the heck of it.

Thrain was a plot point. Really. And Sauron wants to say that he never *left* so he can't really come back, and that since the Ring is part of him, he was involved in the Hobbit, regardless of the fact that means he was working against himself. (It's best to just nod and agree and ignore him.)

Anyway, this certainly made me chuckle a bit, and I do apologize for the extremely rambly review.
