This is a relatively twisted concept, but is really beautifully written. I like the weaving of the different scenes, too, the way the sweet mixes with the action and so on. Well done as always. :)

I liked the story - especially, your portrayal of Aerie. How she's a sweet, thoughtful character /with a mind of her own/ here - this was just great to see! Oh, and I also like the idea of using the 'true name'. Among the other things. Heh. Good one! :)

This was sweet and complex. :) I especially like the bit where Aerie mentioned Gorion as depriving Charname of his mum and heritage from that side of his family - it is very in character given her own history of being separated from her people, and it was something unique you wrote into the story. The black wings and the battles were also fun and epic! Good fic.
