Aw. Very, very sad. But very good. I think that the more unusual the narrator, the more interesting the chapter is - like the medal-maker one a while back. I wondered if this was a minor character from one of the books at first, but couldn't think of a river other than the one in Snakehead.
If you're taking requests, could you possibly do the female assassin (Amanda I think) from Scorpia? Or the assassin who shot Alex (not sure if you've already done him or not)?

Hi, i'm not a member so couldn't take part in your poll but i think you should carry on with this collection. Maybe you could do with both main and minor characters? Your writing is really enjoyable to read and I like how you do all the one-shots in different perspectives. Could you do one on Fiona - she was in Point Blanc. I always wondered what happened to her in the end. Or one in the POV of Alex's son and wife?

...Well, I'm kinda depressed now...

I haven't read this story in so long (since about chapter 23) and today I saw it and thought "Oh! I must see what new chapters there are!' Of course, there were so many that I can't possibly mention them all in this review as it would be extremely long and I'm running low on time *sigh* Oh well, I hope you can forgive me for this short review.

I like the different perspectives, especially that of the dog and of the young boy in this one. They mix things up a bit and make each new story interesting. It's good that you're using characters and scenes from the books as well as ones that aren't, makes it feel as though everything is familiar. After ever story I find myself racking my brains for a book or scene from the book that the character is from, even though they often aren't in the books. Makes a good guessing game though :)

They do seem to be getting more negative, and this one was very sad. I feel kind of at fault for that because I remember making a comment in a review about too much of a positive view on Alex's effect on people.

This one was really really sad! At the end when the kid was telling his mom to wake up, but he didn't know that she wasn't going to... Wow. Because you write so well, it's hard NOT be sad! But in a good way, because there's finally something worth reading, you know?

I really, really like this chapter. Seriously, I think this is my favorite. I like how you keep it kinda vague and just in general, and then tie it back in with Alex Rider at the end. I love that. Thank you for writing this!

This last chapter was absolutely amazing! You write so freaking WELL! I honestly love these little stories by you, and I'm always so happy when I see that you've written another one. :) You are cool, and I look up to you.

I would say continue a mix, I already voted for it, but would also like to add, that maybe you should identify the character before each chapter, most chapters, you did a fine job of this, a few chapters though, it would've have helped a lot. Or if it is a background character that is being used again, mention the first chapter he/she was in. That is all. Other wise, I am loving this story. I look forward to reading the next chapter.
