I can't seem to stop snickering. Evil raccoon, ha! I think I'll go and check that story out, it sounds like it'd be fun. Though yeah, now that I think of it, with what info we have onb the timelines of Power Rangers, Tommy shouldn't have a PhD. Not with his established, um, mental problems? Then again they never did state when year(s) the Zordon era was taking place in. We only got an official year with Time Force, and we can backtrack year by year for at least Lightspeed Rescue and Lost Galaxy. There just seems to be an implied couple year skip between Space and Lost Galaxy, while the events of Turbo, Zeo, and Mighty Morphin taking place with a three year period, if one goes by the fact there were just three Halloween episodes. Admittedly, that I can remember.
