This was really good. It was interesting how you potrayed a more sensitive, human, down to earth Mason through his sisters reaping. This was also well written ! You should write more Dead Like Me stories because this is really good !

As someone who considers Mason his favorite DLM character, I love Mason-centric (or any resemblance of such) stories on here.

I also love when people give Mason a little touches to the character beyond just being constantly drugged out or drunk screw-up (though it's of course a major part of his character) like you did here. Who knows, maybe had the show continued, Mason would have gotten an episode like the rest of the group dealing with his past beyond how he died. Is it weird that I really can have seen him having a younger sister?

Not that it would be a twist or anything perhaps, but something about it just suits the character somehow. Know what I mean?

Anyway, this is going in my favorites!
