Pough 2/3/13 . chapter 1
I love you. I'm just gonna put it out there. Take it for what you will. Your writing inspires me, fills me with warm fuzzies, and makes me want to reread every word you've so carefully crafted. This is just another example of your lovely, astonishing gift.

So sweet. I loved it!

This was beautiful. I haven't been watching NCIS as religiously as I used to, but I still know what's going on and you've created a wonderful moment here that felt so very in-character. It makes me want to get to know them through writing again. Lovely work, as always.

Well, I'm always a fan of Tiva in development. I thought it was nice that he could share that moment and those pictures and his memories of his mom with Z, stuff like that is bound to bring them closer. I loved Z's Peter Pan quote, I'd forgotten that one. I've seen several different versions of the movie, I really should read the book. Aww...Tony's note at the end was adorable. I definitely think it will make Z smile tomorrow. Great job! :)

That was so lovely. Sniffles. Poor Tony, I can picture his lovely, glamourous mother, my heart breaks for his loss. And then the bit where he's regretting his 8 year old self's lack of classic style (and the short short bit) made me laugh. Perfect mix :-)

I have so much love for this fic. Seriously, it was beautifully written; I loved the use of Peter Pan as the book/movie quote and how you wove that theme throughout the rest of the story. Also, I like how you chose to make this scene and the scene GG told us about with Tony's mother one and the same; I'm so curious to see how it will play out in the show. ;) Thanks for sharing!

It was really good. Thank you for an excellent piece.

Oh wow, this is beautiful. I've been racking my brains trying to think of what movie Ziva could possibly reference (which is pretty difficult, there's quite a few movies out there), but in this context Peter Pan definitely works. Even if I am a fan of the modern version, rather than the one that Tony and his mother would've watched.
And I adore your writing and the style, and... I kinda love that McGee interrupted them. It's very in character with the show, if you catch my drift. I laughed at the short shorts bit, too. Michael Weatherly tweeted some pictures from his childhood a while back, and my first thought was about how short his shorts were. Anyway. And that little note at the end is just lovely.

Gah, I love this! I seriously can't wait to see the scene in the break room, either, and especially so now that you've written this. *favorites*

This was a magical piece. It was so insightful and perceptive - pointing a microscope over Tony's heart and memories for a few minutes. The images on the photos leaped into vivid life as you described them; I could see them in my own mind with no problem. Loved Ziva's sensitivity and her quotation, what she says to him before McGee comes in. This is a gem. Thanks for sharing with us readers.

This is just so perfect, that I can't... I just, can't. Here's to hoping you are close to canon with this. It's fabulous.

Like it all. My version had them at Tony's place, but that was before I saw the video clip about the quoting a movie that looked far more like NCIS building. But then again, who knows if that statement has to do with the photos. Anyway, very nice. I used a "Gone With the Wind" quote- "tomorrow's always another day."

This was thoughtful and lovely! I had tears in my eyes from your description of Tony's emotions. The ending was perfect!

this was AWESOME! Leave it to you, BB, to write such a beautiful and tender story. I loved it! And I can see it happening just like this, nowadays. Please grace us with more stories!

This is so good, so emotional. I just hope the real episode is as good. Thanks for such wonderful images.

Fan-freaking-tastic!
If only this would come true.
Peter Pan is the perfect movie/book for this situation.
"To die would be an awfully big adventure."
-my favorite quote ever
I like how you incorporated it instead of the boy who never grew up. You captured their characters perfectly. It was a subtle tiva moment that showed how much they cared for eachother without all of the sexual tension.
Loved it.
Ten out of five stars
