Aah! I love the plot to this, too bad it was never completed. :(

I know that this is an older fic, perhaps so much of one that it might be hard for an author to get back into the same headspace it was written from, but it's also one of the most memorable examples of its type, and I would love to see it continued one day. Failing that, I am glad that it has been left up here, as it makes a strong enough impression to be worth reading (and re-reading) as it stands.

This is a great story! I love the way it is going and that it answers some important questions (why does she ALWAYS need to be defended if she is Master Swordswoman?).

you know its incredibly annoying to be reading an absolutely fabulous story that has you hypnotized when suddenly you come to the end and then you happen to look at the date at when its last been updated and see that it hasn't been for YEARS! so not fair! please please please update this and maybe some of your other apparently forgotten stories, many of us are waiting very anxiously so please please update!

This story has such a great foundation. I am a big fan of Hiko and Kaoru in any fic, and their interaction thus far is deeply satisfying.

this story has the wonderful catastrophic insanity as some of the most amusing episodes of the series. it has kaoru becoming more than the 'kidnap victum' that the series depicted, much more! i'm proud of her, i'm proud of you!

affirmation of the inherent strength of women seems to be a theme throughout most of your stories. but will kenshin ever get to see this new and improved kaoru? i know it's been a long time and i know there are a lot of upheavals in your life right now so i won't beg or try to guilt you into finishing this... i will wait till things settle down before i pester you.
