Oliver is being a jack ass, talking bad about Clark, thinking he better then him. And chloe should have smack him. That being said she should have then hug him for what he said, he was trying to show her how much she mean to him, and a guy a fool not to see her.

As any guy in Love understand that, but you got to respect Clark that he never took her to bed, if Clark ever threated him that could be funny, he could just drop him on a island as a threat.
