This is the only reason that i watch Merlin! Before this i never even watch the show, but after first chapter of this fic i started watching.
I absolutely love this story, your writing is breath taking and you have successfully made me cry, jump up and down while i read it. English is not my native language, i understand not everything but enough. You are so talented! Never ever stop writing! :D

Like your story! But don't think it's really all Merlin's fault. Merlin grew up struggling with the same challenges and temptations she did, in fact he probably had it harder, yet he made different choices then she did.

This was so beautifully written, and so true. Ahhh what a beautiful 'might have been'! And I can't help but agree with you - if only Merlin had shared his gift with her, how different could things have been? But would it have been enough to resist the temptation of 'doing' something about their situation (by following the likes of Morgause, Mordred and Alvar), instead of patiently waiting year after year for change to happen in its own time, as Merlin has been doing? She strikes me as someone quite impetuous, as well as kind. But I guess we'll never know. Nice though to have fics such as this to explore all the possibilities! :O)

It's sad to think how it all could have been. If only things had been different, Morgana may have never been evil. It would have been so different, but alas! it was not to be.

Your writing is style is tragically beautiful. This piece made me feel almost sad for Uther and all he lost. I am glad he seems able to see he was mistaken in acting so quickly and drastically in the past.

Love it! I was so sad thinking that Merlin would never tell Arthur and then his outburst was just amazing and it totally worked so well and made Arthur come back to him!
