This is an amazing story! Great job!

See, this is why I don't like to review until the end. It gives me a proper idea of how to grade it. Now, no doubt, best HT story I've read. Hope you continue writing them, or have some sort of one shot in the future. Anyway, very nice, a few meh moments that could have been developed and strengthened further in depth, but otherwise, I approve.

Now, I am a tough grader, mind you. I don't give out outstandings to just any story. But I believe this story deserves an 78 out of 100 for me. It is not the most maginificent story imaginable, mind you, but it is a heartwarming and enjoyable story I have come to approve of. Be proud, it shows your work in every chapter.

You jumped the shark with the revealing of the castle. It's over the top and destroys a major boundry that set up the story to begin with.

I like it, don't get me wrong. Best HT story out there. But the revealing of the castle, especially by council member and someone who has tried not to be an enemy, is over the top.

I have to admit, this is a very solid fanfiction! In fact, you're staying so true to the movie that I thought it was a potential script for Hote Transylvania 2!

In all seriousness, I love your fanfic! The love story between Jonathan and Mavis, the backstory of your OC, Eve, which turned out in this case to be Mavis' Aunt, wounded by humans, like Dracula. The relationship between Jonathan and his family. The reactions of Jonathan's family when they learned that Mavis is a vampire. The culminating point where monsters and humans are taking a step towards peace and mutual acceptance. Let's not forget the great ending where Jonathan became a vampire, to be able to love his darling Mavis for all eternity!

Ok, sorry for getting overboard, I just loved Hotel Transylvania, in fact, I bought the blu-ray and watched it 13 times within the month (ok, I might be a ilttle weird, but that movie, I'm not sure why, is hitting something within me, stirring emotions).

Still, I really really loved your fanfic (I've read it twice) and, if you're doing any other fanfics on Hotel Transylvania, especially on the Jonavis (Jonathan Mavis couple), I'll devour them with great eagerness!

Cool idea with the hotel contingency plan! Now my brain is picturing something like the opening chapter of Bram Stoker's Dracula. Would be so cool if history repeated itself...minus the creepy vampire sisters and the blood drinking

The style is very similar to the film, it seems the official sequel!

I would like to write some curiosity about the film that seems no one knows:

I noticed that in all fanfiction I've read people think vampires grow old more slowly than humans, but in the film it is clear that it is not:
Mavis was born 118 years ago

The film begins in 1985 with Mavis newborn toothless, and she is equal to a one year human baby.
When dracula distributes coupons, he says that the hotel is human-free from 114 years, so since Mavis is 4 years old, when the little Mavis and Dracula come to the hotel for the first time the little girl walks and looks like a 4 years human child.
At this point I think the vampires of Hotel Transylvanya grow at same speed of human until they reach their maximum beauty (Whereas the vampires are seducers, it might be true).

Jonathan's cell phone is Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray, in the film it can be seen only from behind, but it is recognizable the flash mounted under the camera and the green logo of Ericsson at the bottom.

Eunice and Frank live in the mill burned of the original story, it can be seen in the trailer, when the couriers bring the two boxes on the truck.

You fanfiction is the best hotel transelvania fan fic I have read yet and trust me I have read a lot.
The ending was very cute thank you for writing this wonderful story!
