This was wonderful! I love how you are able to get into Steele's head and give us flashes of insight into the "in-between" moments of the episodes!

Love this... "Oh, he was known to indulge in the occasional glass of champagne – more for the spectacle than the taste … the pop of the cork, the fizz of the golden liquid filling a delicate flute, the sight of warm brown eyes looking back at him over the rim of a coupe."

I also liked how you framed their kissing - that he decided that it was something to look forward to, not a preliminary activity to the main event. It certainly goes a long way to explain why he waited for her.
