This is probably my favorite chapter! I loved it from the beginning (wink wink) right down to the last bit. I'm surprised they weren't sleeping the same bed when they got to Mer's anyways. So glad everyone knows a little bit. Derek is now up to speed and can help her. So very cute. ILY's too! Great way to end the night.

Thanks for the update! I recommend next time to space out long paragraphs. I understand that it was suppose to be a long monologue, but space helps the eyes. Looking forward for the next chapter!

I'm glad she told the whole sordid tale of her relationship with Ellis to Derek. She really needed someone to confide in, and I'm glad he promised her such big things.

I enjoyed how you mirrored some parts that were actually on the show, despite they are not interns yet. It was interesting, and something I really liked reading. Parallels are really great if well done, and yours was indeed one of the good ones.

It was an emotionally intense chapter, but I loved every second of it. Thank you for posting, I'll be waiting for the next one!
