I am getting so curious! Please finish/continue!

The story's getting good! I always thought it was Aldred behind everything but I suppose not...very interested in this Lady Thea. can't wait to see more!

Maybe I'm being paranoid, but I don't trust Lady Thea and her uncle. Peter only heard about them, so how can he verify their identity? They could be imposters. I think Susan is suspicious of them as well because her demeanor seemed to change ever since they arrived. Thea probably wasn't harmed in the ambush and I think that was because she possibly could have been a part of it... I felt something off about her character ever since she was introduced.

It was sweet of Edmund to go visit Cedany. :D

Oh, now Peter's hurt! Can it get any worse? I'm eager to see what happens next and if my predictions are correct. Keep up the good work! You're doing a fantastic job.

Great chapter. It's so sad Aldred had to die, he was such a good man. I hope the Pevensie s find out who's behind this before another innocent person pays the ultimate price.

I guess the war with Archenland was inevitable since the beginning. I don't know why Lune would declare war on his closest ally; perhaps he's being delusional. He should know Narnia would never do anything detrimental to his country. Now I'm starting to wonder if Calormen somehow has their hand in all this. It makes sense; they never liked the Narnians that much anyway. And Rabadash probably still holds a grudge since that battle at Anvard...

I feel bad for Peter; everyone hates him. Although Cedany seems to have nothing do with Susan's assault, he couldn't automatically assume she was innocent. It was right of him to be suspicious. And Aldred's dead? I thought he had something to do with the murders, but I guess I'm wrong. Who's causing all this chaos?

I agree. My deepest condolences goes out to the victims of this tragedy. :(

I read the previous two chapters and they were amazing!

"No amount of gold can ever stand in the place of a father." I wholeheartedly agree with this statement.

So whoever is behind the killings had an accomplice. Who could it be?... Susan could be their only hope to solving this mystery. I wonder if she'll be able to remember some detail regarding her attack that can lead to the identity of this assassin.

*sigh* I'm starting to get tired of this bickering between Peter and Edmund, but both of them made good points in that argument. I guess it was harsh of Peter to assume Cedany had a role in Susan's attempted murder, but no one can fully be trusted now, can they? Yet Cedany could be putting on a facade and pretending to be innocent. If she had accompanied Susan that night, she must know something,

Don't stress about the beta. While they're always helpful, I'm not sure you need one now. I haven't caught any grammatical errors in a while. This chapter was flawless.

Sorry for taking so long to review...been busy, but everything's settled now so I think I will be able to review the next chapter promptly. This chapter was interesting as it was more about sibling relationships and regrouping, which all the characters need :-) True to form, you leave us with a cliffhanger, and as always I eagerly await its outcome.
