I think you did a good job. I believe you captured exactly what's going on in Jordan's head and is a pretty close depiction as to what she's probably thinking. However it would be interesting if you also wrote from Duke's point of view as well - just a thought!

I love how you wrote Jordan's viewpoint in this story. It really enhanced the more interesting parts of her character. When she first came on the scene, I didn't want to like her because I knew she was a "love interest" for Nathan this season. Yet, I keep being pulled into her scenes. Great story!

An ending worthy of the beginning. I like that she's not desperately clinging. She's not in love with him yet, and not the sort to knowingly be the consolation prize. But she was into him, that much is real. And maybe they can even be friend - yay.

Hope it turns out so well in the show. I really don't know what to expect of Jordan's part in the story now. Tommy's been identified as the bolt-gun killer, and Grady's dead. And despite Dwight's warning, so far we haven't seen the darker part of the Guard. I guess we could, but it'll be different now, with Nathan on a more even keel. But right now, there isn't nearly as much reason to investigate them as there was when Nathan started. And Nathan's attention has shifted away from Jordan, as this story so beautifully points out.

Love it! Any chance you are continuing? I would love to see Nathan tell Jordan that he loves Audrey :)

I really liked this story ! Jordan could be a great character, and I hope she has a real shot at friendship with Nathan in the show.
You did a nice job writing her, and her feelings towards Audrey and Nathan !

I hope that the writers end the Jordan/Nathan relationship this way. I want her to have some dignity, when they call it quits as a couple. But, it would be nice for them to have a real solid friendship.

I really like the way you concluded this. No one's a bad guy in the situation. Jordan maintains her dignity. Hope we get a similar conclusion on the show. :)

This was just fantastic. Jordan's so enigmatic that I find her difficult to peg, but I think you've absolutely got her characterization nailed. Loved this insight into her thought processes.
