Interesting fic. I've always liked the Alex character a lot - much more than Kate or Sara. But I don't really like the "Alex moving in" bit - I don't think the FBI would randomly move her into June's house. Plus, I would think the FBI would be trying to keep them somewhat seperate and only have Neal and Alex together when supervised.
