Really enjoyed this - you should write more one-shots! It felt very realistic and fitted well into the show, I could definitely see events unfolding like this after episode 13. Poor Bertrand - I think out of all the punishments that Vlad meted out that was probably the worst he could have received!

Loved the description of the physical affection between Erin and Vlad - it was very sweet, lovely to read. Definitely a great explanation as to why Vlad forgave her in the end with the weighing up of betrayals and lies on both sides. I really liked how you explored his feelings towards her - nicely done!
