A very nice tale of Hawke and Fenris in Honnleath.

I liked it. A simple chapter, showing characters enjoying the simpler things in life. No need to make it intense and scary every chapter; I like that.

I've always found it funny how well you handle all the kinds of subject writing that can happen in Dragon Age: the fluff, the politics, the battle, the emotional drainage. But now, I think 'funny' is being replaced by 'admiration.' You really do have a great writing style, something I'm sure my dad would appreciate (he was a middle school english teacher). Keep it up, please!

Okay, two reactions. A) YAY there's a baby. B) Ewww ... there's a baby. No, really though, I do like the addition of Bethany, I always missed her when I played a mage. I suppose the next chapter is probably going to deal with the village realizing their harboring the Champion, and since you always do battle scenes well, I'm looking forward to reading this next part.

I like how you've characterized Amalia: sheltered and wanting exploration, but wise enough to realize that sticking close to home is better. I can see her learning quite a bit from Rose *cough* Hawke *cough* But still, I like where this is going.

And, as always, thank you for taking the time to spell check your work! I can't tell you how many stories I run across on here that I can barely understand.

Ooh, interesting! I see something good happening here. Normally, I'm not a huge fan of Hawke/Fenris fluff, but since it's you writing it, I'll let that slide :) Also, am I wrong in assuming Rose is Hawke? I thought it was a dead giveaway, but it never hurts to ask.
