Awww that was a wonderful (if not surprisingly dark) bedtime story. It's sad to think that they can't have anymore kids but you made it work. While I'll miss seeing updates for this story I'm looking forward to your other fics!

But what a sweet way to "take back our characters" from the evil clutches of Fellowes; he was the witch, right? ;o) And you know, I was thinking that it makes sense that Sybil and Tom may have had complications that kept them from having more children after Sybbie's birth, so well done for tackling that; I think you're the first as far as I know :o)

This is my favorite of the chapters thus far, and not only because of the description of Sybil (Lovely!) through Tom's eyes or the advice from his mam (obviously a wise woman) or the summary of Tom and Sybil's unusual friendship and courtship (so poignant to think he spent seven years, like Jacob in the Bible, working for the woman he loved).

What makes the chapter is the image of Tom and Sybil stuck in a room with the lion's share of her relatives and a massive degree of emotional (and sexual) frustration. Which they deal with in a sweet fashion.

Well done.

I absolutely love this chapter. It might be my favorite. It's sweet without being cloying. It's simply lovely. I like your take on the library scene from 3x01. However, what I truly loved was how you stayed true to their story. Also, I liked that all Tom wanted to do was make Sybil smile. I might be flailing from that alone.

Excellent chapter. You described S/T relationship so perfectly - looks and touches can express more than such obvious expressions of affection like kisses (not that their kisses aren't great, of course ;)).

Thus said, I'm still glad that they're finally free to show the world their affection for each other in a more open manner :)

I loved the flashbacks in this one! It's such a lovely reminder of how their relationship really blossomed from series one and two (disclosing three since I am still in denial). Excellent job!

This was awesome...beyond awesome, I *LOVED* this, it may be my favorite chapter out of the whole story, certainly one of my favorites out of ALL stories-*sigh* only one chapter left? :o( I'm going to miss this when it's over, BUT I look forward to other projects!
