I just finished reading Another Second Chance. and OMG it was amazing. I completely loved it. There were several chapters, especially the ending, where i was just barely holding myself together to keep from bawling my eyes out, and that is something that is really hard to do with me for a story. So far, in all the stories I have read on which is A lot I'll have you know, this one is by far the best I have read, and I am not just saying that to be nice. None of the other stories I read will ever come close to this story in my opinion. Yes all the stories I have read are fantastic, but none have moved me so much like this one did. I loved it, keep up writing the awesome stories!

Sleeping pills? Wow, Mark really is taking it hard. I mean, duh, I knew he would, but still... wow. I can't imagine ever losing anyone to a disease like that, even though I love Rent, Jonathan Larson, and all the Bohos and everything. For some reason, Izzy seems to me (and this is gonna sound a little stupid) like he'd always have big, leather, furry boots on, and would have them up on the table while he slept. You know, like Gaston in Beauty and the Beast? OMG, GIVE ME A HEART ATTACK WHEN COLLIN STARTED YELLING! For some reason, I love seeing Mark say 'jackass' so much in your story. I have no idea why. Very colorful vocabulary, indeed, LOL.

OMG, the ending was amazing. I think your author note was also amazing. Again, no tears, but I'm close! I guess I'm not crying because I'm exhausted after reading all this. It was fabulous, yes, and you already know all that, but I stayed up several nights reading it. Lucky for me, I'm off school for the summer! But now my niece and nephew are here, so I gotta go do something with them, since I have had the past four days to do nothing but read this, and now it's over. Wow. It's over. I can't believe how deep that one little phrase is, now that this is done.

I'm sorry this is so long. As usual, I have a lot to say. I look forward to hearing your opinions of my stories, if or whenever you read them. Thank you so much for writing this, and I look forward to reading more of your current stories whenever I get another chance. Just one question: are you ever planning on writing a (shorter) sequel to this? I doubt you are, since this took so long and was so long in itself, but I'm just curious. Maybe you already have and I just don't know yet. Let me know.

That was a wonderful chapter. I'm so sad about Roger dying, though. And yes, I've made it through this entire story so far without crying. I've started sobbing a little sometimes, but I haven't cried yet. Like I said, it takes a lot for me to cry while reading stories. But this chapter was amazing. And Jennifer calling Mark and yelling at him like that was funny. Oh boy, two chapters to go.

Oh, hey, this is just pure coincidence, but after Mark's Chinese hissy fit and Roger eating it at the beginning of this chapter, I ate it for lunch today (and it wasn't very good, LOL.) OH NO, ROGER'S GETTING SICK! Oh man, I hope he'll be OK... but I can prepare myself for if he's not... I can't believe he changed his appointment because of that, even if it was so Cass wouldn't find out. Wow. OMG, I'm so anxious to find out what Collin's reaction to the letter is! It's great that Jason is going out again, even if this date is just to a school talent show. That shows it's a good date (the guy, I mean.) OMG! Sprayed hair and tattoos! I LOVE IT! Especially Mickey getting yelled at by his mother in front of Sarah, LMAO. That was an excellent chapter. Great job. OMG, four chapters to go. This is one of my favorite Rent stories by far.

Yeah, no doubt you miss it when you're without it (writing, I mean.) I was gone on an East Coast vacation just recently, and I could only update every couple of days for my readers for Deviant Beauty and Never Let Go (are you gonna review for me? Not just those stories, but my other Rent ones as well? Just curious.) And anyway, I couldn't stand not updating. I was writing throughout my trip whenever I could, and not being able to update was driving me nuts. Then I got home and realized I'd forgotten my beloved backpack (which had my cell, Mp3 player, five notebooks, a journal, pens, and my license in it) at my grandparents' place, 100 miles away. Luckily, I'm getting that back in a few hours, thanks to my beloved stepsister coming to visit us for the weekend! Anyways, I really hope you can review for me. If you do, I can't wait.

Back to the review. Sunburns make you cold? Sorry, I can't seem to remember (stupid question, really.) MARK IS SO NOT GAY! SO NOT! I had hermit crabs once. They both died within 48 hours, though. One froze while transferring shells or something, and I don't remember what happened to the other one. They had both gotten out before and hadn't died, too. Yeah, it was weird. OMG, IZZY! LMAO! Good chapter. I hope this review was long enough, even though it was mostly me talking about my friend and not actually criticing your chapter, LOL.

OH NO! MAUREEN! Did I catch a GL reference in there? Just curious. OH NO! She's gone! OMG, I'm so glad you didn't put any detail in, because otherwise, I might have been crying like a baby! In every other Rent story I've read, whenever Collins or somebody has died, there's always been REALLY sad detail (my stories, too, I admit), and it makes me cry like a baby! I can understand why Mark would be so confused, especially after he and Maureen had argued about the chemo thing. OMG, what a hissy fit. Wow. Seriously. I can't stand to see anyone hurt Mark. No one. Not even in stories. I can't believe you did that to him, to them all. OMG, I am so mad at you for that. But I'll get over it, as long as I get my same old Mark back, OK? Man, what a chapter. I have a best guy friend who is gay. I've known him for, OMG, almost seven years now. Wow. I never really thought of that. We met in junior high, when he was in 8th grade and I was a 7th grader. Anyways, we were OK back then, friends, you know, but he was older, so we didn't really get that close. Then, in like, 10th grade (11th for him), we got really close, but he hangs out with another completely different group (most of whom are still my buds), so we still weren't as close as we could be, you know? And now he's graduated, and I feel like I could have done so much more to make our friendship deeper, you know? We used to hang out a lot back in junior high at his house, but we never do that anymore. So he's promising me that he'll have me over again. OMG, I can't wait. And there is definitely a part of me that hates him because he's gay because I had loved him as a HUGE crush for YEARS before he came out, you know? So yeah, life sucks, but I love him as he is, anyway, and I can't imagine him any other way than he is. Does that make sense? I'm sorry this is so long, but the gay best guy friend thing kinda struck a chord in me. Now onto the review.

Um, so now it's a year after Collins died? Sorry, I'm confused about all the time lapses. So that would make Collin roughly ten? I'm glad Mo's feeling better and her hair's growing back! I'm excited that they're playing together. OMG, I can't stand seeing Mark break down and cry like that about Mo. I mean, I understand where he's coming from, but still. I totally agree with Maureen on the chemo issue. OMG, I can tell this isn't going to end well, but I'm not crying yet. I'm not sure if I will. It takes a LOT to make me cry in Rent fics. OK, scratch that, it doesn't. In just some parts of Renthead621's stories, I've cried. But anyways, I can't wait to see what's next. I'm gonna hold out for it.

Rootbear, yeah right! LOL. OMG, somehow the whole Collins dying thing totally blew over my head in the previous chapter! OMG! I can't believe he's gone. You did nothing to explain it, really, so I didn't realize it until Roger started talking about spreading Collins' ashes with Angel's. Wow, it took a lot of strength for Jason to take both their ashes out there, though. I mean, really, his boyfriend's ashes and his boyfriend's *former* boyfriend's ashes? Yeah, wow. Great chapter, even though I can't believe Collins is gone, and practically without a trace. I can't wait to see where this ends in nine chapters, OMG. Congrats on the 100 chapter milemark, by the way.

Wow, this kid IS too smart for his own good! OMG, I can't believe how close Collin and Roger are! It's heartbreaking to watch Collin break down into tears like that, after he and Roger talk. OMG, I know kids always ask hard questions, but wow. This chapter was amazing. It really showed me how much Roger loves Collin, that he told him all that. I'm glad Cass is getting better. Great chapter.
